We were afforded the endevour to host up to 500 guests incorporating the full Gala Dinner scenario of Welcome reception and introductions, fine dinning with live entertainment throughout all in conjunction with a very full on ringside sporting event and charity evening.

The Event should be perfectly organised and flow maticulously throughout the evening with guests enjoying each and every aspect of the event.

The organiser needed to understand the very difficult permissions for such a multi purpose event. They should implement a strategy and plan from concept to delivery each stage of the evening.

Lastly ensure the evening is a total success for the guests, hotelier and charity.

We set out a plan with military precision to ensure each aspect of this multi function evening was catered for. We organised each part of the evening as its own event with a full running order for each section.

We knew we had an enormous amount of administration to get through as well as anticipating timings for a large live sporting event. Emerald is well versed in these procedures and we bracketed for each and every potential outcome of the boxing event, creating back up scenarios at each stage of the evening.

The welcome reception was elegant and formal and flowed seamlessly allowing  Emeralds well trained hostesses to escort guests to the table plan. Live entertainment started as soon as guests arrived with live entertainers and our world class MC from Sky and Bein sports Mr Rob Mccaffrey taking the helm.

We went on to showcase a world class boxing event in conjunction with 5 star dinning and live entertainment. The charity evening was interesting entertaining and very well received by all the guests, it importantly raised a sizable amount for the friends of cancer patients (Emerald Events and Exhibitions supported charity).

Emerald entertainment continued after the dinner and bouts were concluded Word class DJ …..was flown in from the UK especially to support this one of a kind fucntion. The stage was set and we allowed a few privileged guests to dance in the boxing ring, this was very well received.

Emerald highlighted this example to show the vast UAE Events experience we hold. This particular event had many events in 1 evening and required a labyrinth of permissions approvals and clearances to make it a reality. Events of this nature are far more challenging than a standard ball or gala dinner and Emerald Events made it the perfect evening for all who attended.
