On behalf of Farah Experiences I want to thank Emerald team for making our event “Titan on Yas Island” such a great success. The activation took place over 10 days overlapping with the Eid week at Cascade Dining, Ferrari World, Yas Water World and Yas Mall, in which we also integrated Titan the Robot performances and promoted the Say Yas, Joy of Eid campaign.

This activation was successful, seeing always a group of around 100 people, mainly families with young kids as well as young adults, gathering around the robot performances each time. A high majority of our F&B outlets performed very well during the Eid weekend that the show promoted.

Awareness was raised around the activation areas and the site in general through the social media campaign & PR coverage that followed. We have received multiple messages from our guests with very positive feedback about how the activities were engaging and innovative. We have also received positive feedback from tenants from the various facilities.

From an event management point of view, I very much appreciated the detailed and thorough planning of the events. Emerald took care of coordinating the various suppliers of services and the venue, minimizing the amount of time I needed to dedicate to coordinating the events.

I look forward to working with Emerald Events and Exhibitions again as I found the service to be well organized, on time, and professional, and I felt completely confident with the Emerald staff on hand for us in making our event a great success.
